Inspection and Condition
The goods may be inspected by prior appointment. The items offered for sale on this site are offered as they lie with all faults. If the purchaser decides to not to inspect and approve the goods prior to purchasing, then this shall be entirely at his own risk. The specifications are offered as guidance only, it is the buyers' responsibility to satisfy himself that the information provided is correct.

Health and Safety
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the machines comply with any relevant or applicable health and safety legislation, prior to putting the machines in to use at a place of work.

Payment and Title
The buyer must pay the price in full before removing the goods from the premises. Title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until the goods have been paid for in full and have been removed from the premises. Payment made by cheque will only be considered as full when the payment has cleared into the vendors' bank. All prices quoted exclude VAT. The buyer must pay the VAT where appropriate.

Collection
It is the buyers' responsibility to remove the goods from the premises on or before the agreed date. The buyer is responsible for organising any necessary labour and plant required for removing the goods.

Insurance
It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure that they are adequately insured when removing the goods from the premises. In respect of insurance, the goods will be the buyers responsibility once full payment has been made. The goods must be removed from the premises by the agreed date. Any help given by the vendor in removing the goods will be at the purchasers risk.
